Supporting Your Practice

San Antonio Dental Team never recalls patients, which allows doctors to maintain and strengthen the relationships they have developed with their patients over many years, and sometimes even generations. Our referral partners know their patients return to them having received the best treatment in the best environment.

Convenience

Our partnership with San Antonio Children’s Surgical helps to expedite and simplify scheduling. We are often available to handle same-day or next-day emergencies, and guarantee your patients will be seen in a timely manner. Our team guides your staff through the referral process to ensure you remain the primary care provider for your patients.

Building Trust

We earn our referral partners’ confidence with each patient experience. After treatment we send our referral partners a report for their patient’s records, including a letter from our doctor, radiographs, intraoral photos, tooth chart, and list of completed procedures: click here to view a sample. Our goal is to build lasting relationships of trust and transparency with each of our referral partners.

Affordability

We believe every patient should have the highest quality care. For that reason, we accept Medicaid, CHIP, many forms of private insurance, Care Credit, and cash-pay options that accommodate the constraints of our patients’ families. Many dentists and patients are surprised to discover that our fees are much lower than they expected for a team like ours and a facility like San Antonio Children’s Surgical.

Which Patients You Can Refer To Us

Our doctors work with medical anesthesiologists to administer sedatives and/or general anesthesia to treat patients who are not able to receive dental care in a traditional office setting. These include patients who:

  1. Cannot complete treatment with nitrous oxide and/or other oral sedatives
  2. Are very young (our patients must be at least 18 months old)
  3. Require extensive treatment
  4. Have various medical conditions, including fear or anxiety, special needs, and/or other unique circumstances.
